MOTIVAZIONE
La motivazione è una delle componenti principali del fitness. Fare le cose tanto per farle non porta a nessun risultato se non all'indesiderata demotivazione, visto che dopo giornate passate in palestra con cellulare acceso a rispondere ai messaggi, estraniandosi con le cuffie nelle orecchie, attenti a non stropicciare la maglietta nuova della costosa marca del momento i benefici a cui si puo’ aspirare sono ben pochi. Essere motivati esternamente è molto importante per aumentare l'intensita’ dell'allenamento e di conseguenza raggiungere gli obbiettivi. Una delle caratteristiche fondamentali di un buon personal trainer è saper motivare, portare il cliente, l'amico, lo sportivo a spingere l'accelleratore verso il desiderato traguardo. Trovare il modo di saper fare staccare la spina dai pensieri, dal lavoro, dallo stress e concentrarsi sul momento. L'allenamento con un buon PT piuttosto che da solo, risultera’ sicuramente più stimolante, efficace e soddisfacente, visto che i risulati arriveranno di sicuro.
